In all seriousness, I hope to create a space of learning and laughing for nutrition (AKA good food) and resources for products, programs, and ideas that can help you become the best version of yourself.

I have my opinions and you have yours. I am about positivity and bio-individuality. What works for me does not necessarily work for you, which is why I have spent the last 9 months learning, researching and studying the human body and its functions through The Nutritional Therapy Association. And I always strive to provide unbiased research to support my thoughts.
